EKFB are looking for an Site Administrator to support document administration for a section of works based out of our Brackley office.
In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. We expect you to take responsibility of all tasks relating to the reception desk area - this will include the booking in of visitors, procurement of office consumables and management of supplies.
We will expect you to manage the meeting room booking for this office as well as the Microsoft Teams management of these rooms.
Whilst this will be your priority, we will also require your support on the quality, design and construction support in the form of uploading and tracking status of construction documents
You will be involved in correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR). We'd also like you to help in providing support to the Project Management and Commercial teams.
