About The Role

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

We are looking for Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in High Wycombe. This role will require you to be the point of contact for the reception area, coordinating project visitors with security and booking in vehicles for visitors. You will also manage the new starter office orientation process and procedures.

You will ensure staff Time Allocation sheets are completed on a weekly basis and meeting room bookings are managed. You also will manage event bookings and correspondence which will include document management through different systems (BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR). You will manage the office consumables and the procurement of supplies. You will provide support to the Office manager, Project Manager, Commercial and Quality Assurance Teams. You will also support the finance team as and when required.

In this role, the successful candidate will be enrolled on an 18-month Apprenticeship program working towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
