About The Role

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
 
EKFB are looking for a Senior Office Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. 
 
This role will required to manage the Premises Management Plan and office safety procedures, including Appointment of Premises Manager, Fire Coordinator scheduled testing of fire safety systems and ensuring adequate Fire Marshals and First Aiders are appointed and available. This will will also manage the allocation of workspace and office arrangements for personnel and control and maintain the office consumables and office services.

The Senior Office Manager will establish and maintain the project consumables storage areas and provide administration support to all areas of the project. The role will support the delivery of office inductions for new personnel and ensuring DSE assessments are carried out and support to the Vehicle Management Booking System (VMBS) for site deliveries and booking in procedures, where applicable.

This position will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the EKFB Administration procedures and have responsibility for the entering of Goods Received Notes into the Project finance system, where applicable.

The Senior Office Manager will be required to check Project costs on a weekly and monthly basis and be responsible for Invoice matching, where applicable. This role will be required to complete ad-hoc management reporting and also support the management of the Information systems BIMXtra and CEMAR.

This position will establish and maintain the Project Time and Attendance system – Biosite and will have responsibility for the production of Payroll information for monthly and weekly paid staff and operatives for all JV partners via GaneTime.


About You

Key skills and qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in an Office Management position
  • Previous experience using finance, payroll and information management systems
  • Previous experience in a construction environment is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
