About The Role

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

EKFB are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our Operational Support Control Room in Bicester.

You will monitor deliveries to HS2 worksites by the supply chain. The role will also require you to monitor and report on daily compliance of the supply chain in line with HS2’s rules and regulations, identifying issues and recording non-compliances.

We will need you to issue notices to the supply chain and deal with responses. You will also manage telephone enquiries from drivers, hauliers and suppliers as well as from internal stakeholders.

This role will require you to work shifts between 07:00-16:00, and 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday with the occasional half day Saturday.

About You

  • Previous experience as an administrator
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and other Microsoft packages
  • Extremely computer literate
  • Good organisation and clear communication skills
  • You must have your own transport, our office is not accessible by public transport
