About The Role

At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

We’re recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our Environmental team in our Calvert section of works. This role will be based from our West Street Compound which is near Buckingham. As the site is remote from towns and villages, we do ask that you hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be bale to get to the location.

You will be assisting with document management including document formatting, document review and assigning of document numbers. We would like you to be responsible for the upload of all Environmental documents onto all relevant Document Control systems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

You will help the team with with Environmental consent administration including tracking of submissions, approvals, and consent condition compliance. We'd also need you to assist with the handover of closed out Environmental consents.

You will help the team with the management of Environmental data on the Sustainability Tool including the management and upload of internal data, and the approval of supplier and subcontractor data.

Supporting the Ecology and Environment Managers during staff and subcontractor accreditation, induction, and site mobilisation processes to help ensure compliance with site requirements. We would also need you to support the commercial management of Environmental suppliers and subcontractors, working with the Ecology and Environment Managers and the Commercial team.

About You

  • Experienced in an Administration role is essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • Proficient and competent user of Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of document management systems (desirable)
  • Interest or experience in Environment / Sustainability (desirable)
  • You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be able to get to site
