We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our People team, based from our Milton Keynes office, with travel across our sites. This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Providing guidance to employees on Kier/EKFB policies, HR and pay related queries. Provide administrative support through processing a variety of HR and pay related changes into our HR system including processing various types of family friendly leave, redundancy, leavers, secondments, sabbaticals, extensions to probation and preparing the relevant correspondence ensuring GDPR compliance is maintained
Monitor, review and contribute towards updating HR policies and ensuring that they remain in line with current legislation. Acknowledge and respond to third party information requests.
